Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Nullify (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Nullify ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Description of Service

Nullify is an AI-powered document redaction application for iOS. It allows users to upload documents and images, detect personally identifiable information (PII) using artificial intelligence, and apply redactions to protect privacy. The App requires an active subscription after the free trial period ends.

2. Subscriptions and Free Trial

Free Trial

Nullify offers a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. The trial begins when you initiate a subscription through the App Store. No payment is charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen subscription plan will automatically begin and you will be charged.

Subscription Plans

Prices are in USD. Prices in other currencies are set by Apple and may vary. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.

Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. To cancel, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. We do not process cancellations directly.

Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Nullify only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• —Use the App to process documents you do not have legal authority to redact
• —Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• —Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• —Resell or sublicense access to the App
• —Use the App to violate the privacy rights of others

4. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

Nullify uses artificial intelligence to detect personally identifiable information. AI detection is not perfect and may produce false positives (flagging non-PII content) or false negatives (missing actual PII). You are solely responsible for reviewing all detected items and verifying that all desired redactions have been applied before sharing any document. We make no guarantee of the completeness or accuracy of AI-generated PII detection results.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all associated content, design, code, and trademarks are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal iOS device in accordance with Apple's App Store terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or unauthorized disclosure of information resulting from incomplete redaction. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
